Envirocon Solutions have spent more than 15 years repairing all manner of concrete issues, ranging from crack repairs to rusted reobar replacement.

Crack Repairs

The two main crack repair methods for concrete are either Polyurethane Injection repairs for non-structural repairs, when the concrete is leaking or when flexibility is required and the other repair method is Epoxy Injection when structural requirements have to be met to comply with the existing engineering requirements.

We also undertake crack repairs utilising Pour In epoxy grouts, Cementitious trowel applied grouts and Polyurethane caulking (PU)

All of the above repair methods need to be assessed by our team to ascertain the suitability for the desired results.

Broken or Damaged Concrete

Whether it’s caused by vandalism, poor installation, vehicle traffic or nature, Envirocon Solutions, has the means, knowledge and skills to repair it successfully.

Some of the repairs may require cutting out of the damaged area and specialised grouts and epoxies used to repair the area. Expansion and construction joints deteriorate over time and need to be assessed and repaired. These types of repairs need to be able to function properly to achieve what they were originally designed to do.

We also specialise in repairs to concrete where the reobar has rusted causes breakouts of concrete. These types of repairs may require cutting out of the reo, treatment of the affected concrete and reinstatement of reo and grouting with the installation of carbon/Kevlar strapping.

We often liaise with builders and engineers to achieve a successful repair to optimum standards where the customer gets the best possible outcome.
