Cracked Factory Floor
Approximately 3000m2 concrete factory floor had been poorly installed and due to the heavy fork lift traffic, it developed large areas where it cracked.

A new concrete town water tank was constructed in large country town but the seal between the wall and floor leaked when tank was filled with water.
Carbon Strap Project
Concrete was installed with no reinforcing steel inside it. This resulted in severe cracking up to 10mm side.
